How to easily eat more plants and vegetables
“I’ve heard plants are good for me and my doctor suggested I incorporate more into my diet.” You set a goal of eating more plants and it could result in incredible success(es) or a feeling of frustration when inspiration dwindles into “I don’t like eating plants.” What leads to successful changes? A simple plan, sustainable unstoppable motivation, and immediate success. This is where a health coach comes in handy. They control the roadmap while you drive and occasionally, they help you accelerate, brake and detour as you push toward your health milestones.

“How long does it take to change my health?”
This depends on the individual. I recommend a 3-month commitment and how frequently we meet is decided by you. We agree on a timeline in the beginning that can be modified. Your readiness and desire to make changes, motivation, support system and knowledge all play a role in the timeline. Some goals take longer than others to achieve results and learning how to overcome unexpected challenges can impact readiness to maintain new habits. Some clients only need a jumpstart back into a routine that can be accomplished faster.
